As the Director of Children’s Ministry, Alison uses her teaching background to plan and oversee all Sunday school and mid-week programming for nursery-aged through fifth grade children.

 

Originally from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, Alison received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 2005 from Illinois State University and her master’s degree in curriculum & instruction from National Louis University only a few years later. Alison has nine years of elementary teaching experience in both Illinois and Michigan.Alison and her husband, Erik, moved to the area in 2012 and are blessed to be raising their two children, Emmett and Mae, in Southwest Michigan.
