Our Chancel Choir is a mixture of trained and trainable musicians!  That’s our way of saying that everyone is invited to sing in the Choir.  The only requirements are a deep appreciation for music that glorifies God, and the commitment to join with others in weekly rehearsals.  We sing a variety of music – classical, spirituals, ethnic, and contemporary – under the direction of our gifted Director, Stephen Zork, accompanied by Paul Flyger.

Rehearsal:  Wednesday evenings, 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.
Singing:  Most every Sunday, September through May,
including Christmas Eve

Our Handbell Choir enriches our worship services several times a year, with experienced ringers who have been around for many years, combined with “initiates” who never played an instrument! You don’t have to read music to ring handbells. You do need to bring a very cooperative spirit and be able to follow direction well. Every person is essential to produce the harmony that provides a special dimension to our Sunday morning devotion to God.  

Rehearsal: Wednesday mornings, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Children’s Choir – Children pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade meet every Sunday from 9:30 -10:15am during the school year.  The children sing lively and faith-filled songs for God before the congregation monthly during the school year.

 
Youth Music – Middle and High School students share their musical gifts with the congregation about 5 times a year, lending to our adoration of God their gifts ranging from vocals to all sorts of instruments, most recently including guitar, cello, violin, djembe drum, trumpet, and flute.
